This is a boutique family business, and you mean the world to us. We care about keeping you informed and happy. We care about keeping your cabin in pristine condition. We care about giving your guests the ultimate rental experience. We care about helping you maximize revenues. You are our partner in this, and I’m only happy when you’re happy.
You’ll never have to deal with layers of bureaucracy. Our cell phone numbers are available to you around the clock (of course, if it’s 2am and not an emergency, it would be nice to receive a text instead of a call) and we will be the only people communicating with all your guests, cleaners, and handyman.
And if you really want to put it plain and simple — at a large management firm, you’re dealing with someone that works a 9-5 and takes home a fixed salary regardless of how much your rental makes. But here, the more you make, the more we make 😉
